Find Support, Heal, and Grow
An injury can be devestating, regardless of the cause, timing, your age, or type of injury. Even when you are expected to make a full recovery, it can be months or years before you are back doing what you love to do, and feeling like yourself again. Having people who understand the mental componant of an injury can be absolutely essential to your recovery process, just as much as any physical componant.
Don’t wait until you are struggling to get support! We are here for you, from newly post-operative, to years later. Learn some lessons from others who have been through it, and share some of the things you have learned as well. Together, as a community, we can all get through this challenging time.
